The Ex-Militant leaders, drawn from the beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), through Commander Felix Deinde known along the waterways as ‘wetman”, described the choice of Hon. He noted that new IPMAN boss is a texted, trusted and capable man that should be supported with intelligence reports on the activities of vandals in order to change the narratives in the oil and gas sector in the next five years.
