Former ambassador of Nigeria to the Scandinavian countries and the leading Gubernatorial Aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party, Dr. Godknows Boladei Igali has congratulated his kinsman and former Bayelsa Governor Mr. Timipre Sylva on his nomination as a cabinet Minister by the President Muhammadu Buhari administration.
