After BBNaija’s Nengi, Diri appoints first class Law graduate as, ‘New Face of Bayelsa Girl’

Bayelsa State Governor, Douye Diri, has announced the appointment of Ebizi Blessing Eradiri as the ‘New Face of Bayelsa Girl’ at his office in Yenagoa, the state capital.

This was announced on the Facebook page of the Bayelsa State Ministry of Information and orientation on Tuesday.

Eradiri who graduated with First Class Honours from the Niger Delta University and the Nigerian Law School was received by the governor in company with the Deputy Governor, Senator Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, and other top government functionaries.

She was also awarded academic scholarships for her Masters and Ph.D in any university in the world as well as automatic employment as a lecturer in the Faculty of Law, Niger Delta University.

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Nengi Rebecca Hampson , who was also appointed as a Senior Special Assistant to the governor and the Face of Bayelsa Girl took to her twitter handle to congratulate the new appointee, Eradiri

She tweeted, “Congratulations to Barr. Ebizi Eradiri. It’s amazing how you were able to pull that through, Special thanks to my Governor for also finding her worthy for the honour.

It is without doubt that we will both work together to see how we can front for a better welfare for the Girl child.”
