Abdulrahaman Abdallah, most qualified as President Buhari’s Chief of Staff” – Ex-Bayelsa Security Aide

Chief Perekeme Kpodoh, a former Security Adviser to the Bayelsa State Government, has rated high the Former Secretary to the Katsina State Government, Alhaji Abdulrahaman Abdallah as a credible and a most qualified replacement for the position of the Chief of Staff to President Muhhamdu Buhari,saying he is credible and most qualified because of his antecedents.

According to Kpodoh, the appointment of Alhaji Abdulrahaman Abdallah will further boost the credibility of the President Muhammadu Buhari administration.

Chief Perekeme Kpodoh, who is also a founding member of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) from the south south region, noted that though President Muhammadu Buhari has the prerogative to appoint whoever he wants to the position made vacant by the demise of Mallam Abba Kyari, among the persons contending to replace the late Abba Kyari, Abdallah remained the most qualified for the position.

According to him. Abdallah, who hails from Malumfashi local government area of Katsina state, has shown loyalty, commitment, and dedication in public service with years of experience working with the Katsina State Ministry of Finance where he rose to the position of A Permanent Secretary, Head Of Service and also the Secretary to the Government in Katsina State during Ummaru Musa Yar’adua’s administration in the State.

Kpodoh recalled that Abdallah, who he reffered to as a well-educated man and schoolmate to late President Umaru Yar’Adua, was offered a similar position during a previous administration.

“But he politely declined the offer because of some personal reasons. Abdallah is an experienced public officer and a financial guru having risen to the position of a permanent secretary at the ministry of finance, Katsina,” Kpodoh said.

He added that having followed the activities of Abdallah and his antecedents, he was convinced that he (Abdallah) would make a good chief of staff to President Buhari and help to make his administration worthy of celebration, “Most people that know Abdallah know that he is a man of integrity. He is hardworking, honest, sincere, and upright. We pray President Buhari considers him for this position,” .

· Alh Abdulrahaman Abdallah is from Malumfashi LGA born in Malumfashi town , Attended Dudi Primary School from 1961-1965 and attended Galadima Sallau Senior Primary School from 1965 to 1967. He attended famous Government College Keffi Nasarawa State from 1968 to 1972.

In 1973 he was in the School of Basic Studies ABU Zaria, in 1974 he was in ABU Zaria Congo Campus to Study Bsc Accounting. He successfully finished his Degree in 1977 and went to Uyo Akwa Ibom State for The National Youth Service Corps, from 1977 to 1978.

He got Employment with Kaduna Polytechnic College o Administration and Business Studies (CABS). He went to Overseas for his Master’s Degree in 1985 , he returned back to Nigeria and in 1987 he Started Working With The Katsina State Ministry of Finance were he rose to the position of A Permanent Secretary, Head Of Service he was also The Secretary to The Government in Katsina during Ummaru Musa Yar’adua’s Government in Katsina.

According to Kpodoh, “Most People that knows him, know that is a man of Integrity, hardworking, honest and sincere an upright person right from Childhood. He was School mate in Keffi with Late President Ummaru Musa Yar’adua. He is the most suitable person to replace Late Abba Kyari”.
