Femi Fani-Kayode, former Aviation Minister, on Monday reacted to the meeting between leaders of the Reformed All Progressives Congress, R-APC, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and other parties.
Fani-Kayode said the gathering was the best thing to happen to Nigeria in recent years.
R-APC, PDP and over 30 parties on Monday signed a memorandum ahead of the general elections.
The main objective of the agreement is to defeat President Muammadu Buhari in 2019.
Reacting, the former Minister expressed confidence that Buhari will be “booted out” in 2019.
Fani-Kayode wrote on Twitter: “I just left the meeting of the Grand Alliance and I can tell you that this is the best thing that has happened to Nigeria in years.
“If we continue like this and we stand together, Buhari will be booted out in February. It is the doing of the Lord and it is marvelous in our sight!”
