Great Joshua MacIver, Leader of Izon-Tukpa Movement and foremost governorship aspirant in Bayelsa State under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party PDP has tasked the National Leadership of the party and the National Working Committee to sue for a free, fare and credible primaries in Bayelsa State.
The Tukpa of Izon-Ibe said anything short of this will spell doom for the party in the state. He also said the party should leave up to its foundation of democratic principles by allowing delegates a freedom of choice to pick their preferred candidate to represent the party in the November 16th general election.
Great Joshua also said it is imperative for the party at this time to reflect on the challenges it has faced in the past and not repeat a mistake that might mark the end of the party’s leadership in the state by ensuring a free, fare and credible primaries is conducted in the state without imposition of candidate on the party.
