CURBING OIL THEFT: Apoi Unit of Tantita Security Flags off Operations [VIDEO]

In line with the Federal government awarded pipeline Surveillance contract to Government Ekpempolo’s Tantita Security Services, State sub units have swung into action by flagging off unit operations across the Niger Delta Creeks.

The coordinator of the Apoi unit Surveillance team of Tantita Security Services, General Charles Kurobo James, under the direct supervision of Great Joshua Maciver has flagged off the commencement of operations at Apoi kingdom, an oil producing host community in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

The coordinator while speaking to NAIJA LIVE TV, affirmed commitment and doggedness of his team, in ensuring tight security of all oil and gas pipeline facilities within the Apoi vicinity.

As part of the flag off, the Apoi team had a consultative meeting with stakeholders of Gbarain and ogboinbiri kingdoms, which are neighboring communities. This is to Foster the ties of brotherliness in achieving peace around the Niger Delter creek.

The Apoi unit team while pledging total support also appreciate and commends effort of the state coordinator, Great Joshua Maciver and pledges total support for the success of the overall Leader, High Chief Ekpempulo aka Tompolo.

Gen. James further call on other youths to shun every ill vices in the creek and join forces to address oil theft thereby growing the nation’s progress together.

The pipeline surveillance project which is expected to, amongst many, curb oil theft ànd boost the production of Oil and Gas in Nigeria is geared towards fulfilling the nation’s sustainable development goals of enhancing economic prosperity and increase of the country’s infrastructure assets.
